STRUCTURE OF JDO

The JDO General Committee (GC) is composed of 21 members. Every two years, the General Committee members elect seven individuals to the Executive Committee (EC). With the consultation of the Governing Committee, the EC is responsible for all organizational work. The Advisory Committee comprises five elite members of society and advises the Executive Director and the EC on the organization's development.

GENERAL COMMITTEE

The highest governing Committee of JDO is the 21-member General Committee. It holds supreme authority in the organization and generally convenes once a year. However, if necessary, it can call for an emergency meeting. Members of the General Committee pay regular monthly subscriptions and actively participate in each committee meeting and various social work. The General Committee forms the Executive Committee and approves the annual budget.

MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE

JDO has developed a structured management system that is not bureaucratic. The organizational chart shows both horizontal and vertical relationships and accountability.
