Executive Committee (EC)
The members of the General Committee elect a 7-member Executive Committee for two years. The EC sits once a quarter to look after the activities of the organization and make necessary decisions. The Committee is responsible for the overall management of the total program/project implementation by the organization. The responsibility for overall management of the Committee is to create income sources and maintain accounts, budget preparation and Bank account operation participate in bi-monthly and special meetings, and deposit and fixed assets and liquid assets.

Mr. Md. Moniruzzaman Monir was born on April 10, 1973, in a well-known family in Kirtipur village of Jhikargacha upazila of Jessore district. Passed an MA in Political Science in 1996, after passing HSC he worked as a development worker in the voluntary organization "Ganajagaran Kendra, Sonali Surya & Caritas-Bangladesh" along with his studies. His father was a valiant freedom fighter commander, from childhood he was involved in various social development works and dreamed of how to improve the fortunes of the marginalized people of the society and establish them in the society. As a result of that, in 1997, he established the non-governmental voluntary organization JDO.
JDO stands for Jhikargacha Development Organization. At present, through this organization, numerous deprived and backward marginalized communities in the South West region of Bangladesh are receiving socio-economic development services.
Md: Moniruzzaman Monir General Secretary of Upazila Corruption Prevention Committee of Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), Chairman of Upazila Committee of Bangladesh Human Rights Investigation Foundation, and member of the management council of 13 other public and private institutions/departments. He continues to contribute immensely to the development work as a dedicated development worker.
