VISION, MISSION, Goal & VALUES

VISION:

The vision is to create a truly democratic and economically productive society in Bangladesh. This includes promoting human rights, improving women's rights, fostering socio-economic development, and empowering the poor and underprivileged, especially women and children from disabled, Hijra, tribal, and Dalit communities.

MISSION:
To establish a secure position in society by creating competent, conscious self-sufficient, decision-making, self-governing capacity, institutions and capital for backward men and women, children, disabled, Hijras, tribals, and Dalit communities using local resources.
Providing perceived-needs-based problem-solving programs that provide the necessary skilled, trained, and experienced personnel.

GOAL:
The goal is to improve human rights for marginalized individuals, including women, men, and children who are disabled, transgender, tribal, and Dalit. To achieve this, various training programs will be provided to help these disadvantaged individuals participate in development and become more aware. This will involve engaging them in income-generating activities, providing employment opportunities, and increasing public awareness of general health issues. Additionally, basic medical facilities will be made available, and the capacity of poor individuals to meet their nutritional needs will be strengthened.
